How to install Wordtract plugin

Currently, Wordtract is only available on Figma. If you would like Wordtract to be available on other design applications, please suggest it here.

1. Download Wordtract from Figma Community directory

The easiest way to access the Figma community directory is by visiting the link here. Once you’re on the site, locate “Microcopies by Wordtract” plugin

2. Install a copy of Wordtract to your Figma application

Click on the “install” button on the page. You should see a notification message informing you of a successful install.

3. Activate Wordtract via the “plugin” menu

Inside the Figma application, navigate to the menu > plugin. You should be able to locate “wordtract” from the list.

4. Unlock Premium features (Optional)

If you’re loading this plugin for the first time, you will see the welcome screen encouraging you to "register" to unlock all the features. For more information, you can read knowledge article here.

5. Start applying context to your design.

If you’re loading this plugin for the first time, you will see the welcome screen as shown here. To get started using the free features, click on “Let me try for free first”. You should be able to start applying context to your design, just choose a microcopy you like and apply it to your design!
